ZAMAK
MetalFlow has developed products for the Zamak pressure die casting that respond to the needs of external cooling required by customer’s pieces. Water based products have been developed when external cooling is needed and to avoid residues and/or stains on the piece. Solvent based products are developed when only release properties are needed and no external cooling is required. In these cases the use of the adequate solvent is mandatory to minimize fire risks and defects on the pieces.
